While Hollywood Beach's old-fashioned boardwalk is as charming as ever and a burger at Le Tub is second to none, the times are achangin'. Case in point: Jorge M. Pérez of the Related Group has partnered with mogul Donald Trump for a landmark development titled Trump Hollywood Oceanfront Luxury Condominium Residences.

"It's on a tranquil strip of beach that has miraculously stayed unspoiled," says Alicia Cervera Lamadrid of Related Cervera Realty Services, the agency for some of the hottest real estate projects, including this latest Trump property.

Architect Robert Swedroe designed the 40-story glass tower with 200 units. Interior design fi rm Yabu Pushelberg is responsible for the elegance in the lobby, including an indoor/ outdoor water feature that begins there and ends at a pool that just happens to be shaped like a "T." Other public spaces will include a spa, cinema and library. Its proximity to the buzz of Aventura and burgeoning Sunny Isles will help Trump Hollywood enhance an already rich history while also continuing to revitalize the area.
