The wine flows freely at Cuvée Wine & Bistro thanks to the automatic 1-, 3- and even 6-ounce dispensing machines. This Ocala hot spot presents classic dishes with a twist and artisan cheese flights that pair perfectly with the wines. It may be just a takeout joint, but Gainesville’s latest foodie find, the Lunchbox, is housed in a restored 1920s gas station boasting a Renaissance Revival design. The braised short ribs, slow-roasted pork and Asian tacos sure beat any fast food around. thelunchboxdowntown.com
