Boca Raton’s Big Wine & Food Bash
Designed as a culinary village, the Boca Raton Wine & Food Festival will tantalize your taste buds with the aromas and flavors of Italy, Spain, France and the United States. Five events are planned for the weekend flavor fest, held at the city’s Boca Corporate Center & Campus, Nov. 9 through 11.
Dinner Under the Stars. Friday night’s four-course, wine-paired dinner, prepared by South Florida chefs, is a medley of dishes with roots in Spain, Italy, France and the U.S. Nov. 9, 7 p.m. $150.
Vineyard Party. In a setting reminiscent of Sonoma and Napa valleys, guests enjoy 20 food and wine stations along with live entertainment on the main stage. Nov. 9, 7:30 p.m. $55.
Perfect Pairing. Make a Saturday date with wine experts and learn the art of pairing wines with small plates — just in time for holiday entertaining. Nov. 10, 10:30 a.m. $45.
Grand Tasting. Some 77 area chefs present their favorite dishes as vintners serve pours of their premier wines. Check out cooking demonstrations in the Kitchen Alley, tasting classes in the Wine Sensory Garden, fresh produce in the Farmer’s Garden Market and sugary desserts galore in the Sweet Endings Village. Nov. 10, 6 p.m. $100.
Jazz Bubbles & Brunch. Wrap the weekend on Sunday with a European breakfast topped off with unlimited mimosas, bloody marys and sparkling wine as the Urban Gypsy Band entertains with cool jazz. Nov. 11, 11 a.m. $75.
