Saturday December 10, food writer John Mariani hosts the “How Italian Food Conquered the World” dinner at the Breakers. On Sunday evening, chef Daniel Boulud shakes and stirs things up with his mixologist Xavier Herit for cocktails and small bites at Café Boulud. Monday foodies hit Buccan where owner/chef Clay Conley, seafood expert chef Dean Max and other chefs present a five-course dinner. The festival wraps up Tuesday with the Grand Tasting at 150 Worth, a shopping and dining complex turned into a foodie festival, where chefs cook for the crowd.
