Shell Massage near the Seashore

I'm a spa monger, so when the lovely Seagate Hotel and Spa in Delray Beach (theseagatehotel.com) opened, I knew I'd be experiencing its treatment menu soon. I was more than a little curious about the Hot Shell Massage. During an ultra-relaxing 80-minutes in the spa's tranquil treatment room, the lava shell works its wonders. A masseuse deftly uses Swedish massage techniques to enhance the warming effects of the shell. The shell's curves get into all your nooks and crannies. My aching back, neck and shoulders faded away. Refreshed to the max I happily found my way to Jellies, the hotel bar.
