Game Period: Game begins on 06/01/2010 12 AM EST and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 08/31/2010.

Eligibility: Individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, and who have reached 21 years of age prior to the first date of this promotion are eligible. The following persons are not eligible to participate or win prizes: employees, agents, immediate families (spouses, children, household members) of Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, its divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising or promotion agencies, printers and suppliers, judging or fulfillment organizations, or auditing or legal firms involved with this promotion, or any family member of, or any person residing in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories.

Limit: One (1) play per person, household or email address. Use of any automated system or agent to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of age and/or proof of being the authorized account holder.

Expenses not set forth above are the responsibility of the winner. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of prize will be permitted, except at the option and sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize is subject to all applicable travel restrictions, availability of lodging at time of booking, blackout dates, fare restrictions, availability of services offered and other criteria. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, meals, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, gratuities or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Winner and travel companion must travel at the same time and must depart from the same city. Travel arrangements must be made upon acceptance of prize, at the discretion of the Sponsor and are subject to availability. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per household.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.

Prize Drawings: Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM EST on 09/03/2010. Winner will be notified by email. 

General Terms and Conditions: All entrants, Prize Winner and travel companions agree that the Sponsor their affiliates and their agencies and employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prizes awarded.

Return of any email notification or prize verification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be drawn. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen prize verification materials or prizes. By participating in this sweepstakes (except in TN), winner consents to the use of their name, photo, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes for no additional compensation unless prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. The prize is not transferable.

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on all prizes. All materials submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor. Sponsor may reserve the right to cancel or modify the on-line sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined solely by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. Attempt by an individual to deliberately damage or undermine legitimate operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal/civil laws, and should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing of offer/sweepstakes administration/prize announcement. If any provision of this sweepstakes shall be declared to violate any federal, state or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

All matters concerning this promotion, including eligibility and verification of winner shall be decided by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. By registering for this sweepstakes, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.

Requests must be received by 03/02/2010. E-mail notification of Prize Winners will be sent on or about 03/01/2010.
