Ice Champagne

Ice Champagne

Spending New Year’s Eve in Miami this year? Why not toast the New Year with a champagne blend designed to drink over ice.

Based on the French tradition of la piscine (literally "the pool" in French) where champagne growers sip champagne on ice by the pool, Moët & Chandon has created Moët Ice Impérial to be sipped in the same fashion.

The blend of chardonnay, pinot noir, pinot meunier grapes plus a rosé wine-based liquor gives this champagne a more intense fruit flavor, a richer body to stand up to the ice, and a crisp finale that offers a thirst-quenching sensation.

So head to the Fontainebleau, Gansevoort, Mondrian, Penrods, or the Sky Bar in Miami and ring in the New Year a little different this year.

Cheers!
