Useppa Island is a private island in Pine Island Sound with beautiful homes that is only accessible by water. The natural beauty of the island has been maintained with lots of large Banyan Trees and some beautiful beaches, only available to the property owners and their guests. We were fortunate to be invited over and shot this picture of their main beach which was completely empty.
