Event Details:
The Collier County Fair is set to host the 8th Annual Big Swamp Smoke-Off Bar-B-Que competition. Some of the country’s top cook teams will be on hand to compete. The one-day event will include barbecue tastings, craft beer tastings and family-friendly events such as face-painting. Other food and drink vendors will be available too.
