J.D. Power has released its annual survey showing passengers’ satisfaction with North American airlines. Overall, the study revealed that overall satisfaction is down – no surprise there – while airfares and other related fees are up.
The report is based on responses from 7,774 passengers who had flown within the past month. Among the factors considered: baggage handling, boarding process, cost and fees, flight crew and in-flight services.
