With a history dating back to 1904, the Florida State Fair is an iconic event for the Sunshine State. From circus performances and concerts to a behemoth midway, this fair is not to be missed. But it’s also much more than corn dogs and Ferris wheels—from its inception, the fair was meant to act as a showcase for Florida’s rich agricultural landscape. Today, the fair continues to offer education and events to share knowledge on animal care and ethics in the farming and livestock community.
