Makes 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. St. Augustine gin
1 oz. grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. lemon
1/2 oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Instructions
Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Then strain over fresh ice, top with sparkling water and Peychaud’s bitters. Garnish with a nice thick grapefruit wedge.
