As residents of the Keystone State have migrated south to escape those frigid Pennsylvania winters, NFL fans from Philadelphia in particular seem to have grown at home in Florida’s sunny autumn afternoons. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Eagles, in particular, have enjoyed a less-than-friendly rivalry dating back to the teams’ epic playoff battles in the late ‘90s and early 2000s.
