Ybor City is the heart of Tampa’s historic Latin district and it’s the home to the Columbia restaurant, which is Florida’s oldest restaurant. Opened in 1905, the Columbia has grown over the last century and now boasts 15 dining rooms that can accommodate 1,700 dinners. The restaurant takes up an entire city block.

From the kitchens come iconic Spanish dishes such as paella, red snapper “Alicante” and the restaurant’s famous “1905 salad.”
