After years of holding spring training at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Walt Disney World, the Atlanta Braves now make their home in CoolToday Park in Venice, Fla. The new stadium features 6,200 fixed seats and a capacity of 8,000 once the berm seats are included. The facility includes a clubhouse, training facility and a half dozen baseball fields for the Braves.
Berm seats are in left field while a tiki bar awaits thirsty fans in the outfield.

- One of the reasons the Braves chose to leave the Orlando area was to be closer to other teams in Florida, including the Rays, Orioles, Pirates and Twins.
- A reviewer from Baseballparks.com raved about the park’s concessions, particularly the “Kitchen Sink Nachos,” while also praising the facility’s now-obligatory tiki bar. (One warning though: The parking/traffic situation will challenge your patience.)
