Event Details:
Founded in 1989 as the Spirit of the Suwannee Harvest Storytelling Festival, it became the Cracker Storytelling Festival in 1991 to honor the pioneer spirit of the “Cracker” in Florida. Celebrating its 31st year, the Cracker Storytelling Festival is a great way for students of all ages to learn about history, imagination, and tradition while enjoying a select group of Florida storytellers—from poets to dramatic presentations.
