Why wait for Cinco de Mayo to enjoy a proper margarita? The tequila ambassador, and bartender at Epcot’s La Cava del Tequila are here to show us how to make their three most popular recipes. La Cava del Tequila is a dark and cozy corner inside of the Mexican Pavilion boasting over 100 tequilas ranging from crystal clear, white tequila blanco (pure, un-aged) to tequila reposados (rested and aged in wood barrels between 2 and 11 months) to a number of tequila añejos (aged at least one year). Here you’ll learn how to make their creamy avocado margarita, the complex horchata margarita, and their spicy jalapeño margarita.
